Jun Ann makes some excellent points, ans I am sorry that I can't address
them all at the moment,
My only contention is that I do not believe that our senses are that well
delineated at all, but they are far from being a continuous lump. They're
more 'fuzzy', as organic systems do not do well with Cartesian distinctions.
There is the idea of typing experience and sene, but I think it is almost as
Bruce Lee said in Enter the Dragon as he pointed to the moon, "Do not look
at the finger as you will miss all of that heavently glory", meaning that
often we are so caught up in the quantification of experience, we wind up
losing the qualitative.
